I’m on a cruise!
I’ve seen traders become so obsessed with trading that they can’t enjoy the weekend or time away. If they aren’t trading then they are thinking of trading, or back testing, or reviewing trading. It’s good to be passionate about trading, but it’s bad to be so obsessed that you don’t take breaks.
Think about it. How well do athletes, surgeons, pilots, or truck drivers perform when they operate with zero rest, no time off, and always working? This applies to any profession really, including trading.
When you are able to just step away from the charts and enjoy life!

Take breaks from trading when you can. Enjoy the stuff outside of trading when you can.

No trades also means no losses. I’m on a cruise and I am likely having fun 🙂
